Negaduck makes his way walking through the castle's hallway, which is more like a confusing maze. After wandering for countless minutes, Negaduck finally finds a wooden door with a metal keyhole and once he tries opening the door, it was locked.
"Keeping me locked out will you? I can always find another way in." Negaduck turns his back, took a few steps away. "Or I can carve my way in! Let's see what's behind door number one!" Negaduck pulls out his chainsaw and few slicing here & there, the door were chopped down into firewood. "I can install a new & improved door once I get settled in here." Shortly after Negaduck carved in his entrance, he discovered the storage was filled nothing but more wooden crates and a unused couch. At first Negaduck thought it was a waste of time, but then he picked up a scent he's familiar with, gunpowder.
Negaduck pulls out a crowbar, begins removing the top on 1 of the wooden crates, and what contains inside handguns with ammunition included & possibly other warfare weapon he has experience . "There might be a hundred of these things, all enough to take down an entire country! You know what they say, first come, first serve. I can either make a profit or keep all of this for myself. Either way, it is all mine, mine, mine!" Negaduck celebrates upon his discovery and gives yet another evil laughter. "Now then if I were to claim this as my base, this place needs a redecoration in order!"

"Now then if I were to claim this as my base, this place needs a redecoration in order!" Varian retraced his steps but quickly noticed something was off. Where once was a door was now a giant hole and a pile of wood. "What in the-" Varian was cut off by manical laughter coming from the room. Varian peaked inside and he could see more than enough gunpowder for Mozenrath. But he also saw Negaduck doing something too. He couldn't tell what from a distance, so he crept in for a closer look.

"Well, this certainly bodes well," Mozenrath muttered as he noted the blown-out door. He contemplated it for a moment, shrugged, then stepped on through after Varian.
He cleared his throat to get Negaduck's attention; "The alchemist and I have decided that one of your crates of gunpowder is now our crate of gunpowder. I'd ask if you mind, but I don't really care whether or not you do."

(OOC: So should Ratigan be here? I ask because when we left off, he was following Negaduck through the castle, but we seem to be setting up that he’s alone. Just want to make sure, before I do something wrong)

Negaduck mutters himself as soon he heard both Varian and Mozenrath’s voices entering his Storage room. “Oh, I knew it couldn't last forever." Negaduck maintained his cool and turned around facing both young men.
“I didn’t know I was going to have some unvisited guests, I would’ve brought out the dead flowers.” Negaduck giving a sarcastic response and then hearing Mozenrath’s demands for one of the crate of gunpowder.
“If you think I’m going to give away one of these lovely crates of gunpowder for free, you got another thing coming, Mr. Pretty Glove Boy, I have no intention handing these crates over.” Negaduck making a bold statement, but realized he might get something worthy or a profit if either Mozenrath or Varian are willing to negotiate. “Now I’d say I’ll hand one of these gunpowder crates over, what’s in it for me in return?”

Mozenrath knew he should have expected this. However, he didn't have much to give at the moment. He hadn't even found his quarters, let alone anything valuable in them he'd be willing to trade.
So he took a liberty and spoke for the person who actually could offer something.
"It just so happens my friend Varian here is an accomplished alchemist," he stated confidently. "He's able to create all kinds of devastating weaponry - which seems to be your particular wheelhouse. I'm sure he can synthesize something that will sate your need for mindless destruction better than anything and everything in this repository."
Did he know for certain if Varian could or would? No. But surely Varian had to see that was the way forward here.

Varian certainly appreciated the praise from Mozenrath. Plus this was an excellent chance to see about finding more allies to prepare in case the Five were planning to betray them all. "Oh yes, I can most certainly make you some very nasty weapons to play with. In fact, I have something you might like more than gunpowder." Varian said as he showed off one of the vials in his staff. "Believe it or not, this little vial contains a deadly chemical reaction more powerful than a crate of gunpowder. Interested?" He said as he wiggled in the Duck's face.

I say we got ourselves a deal." What seems a deal between Negaduck, Varian, & Mozenrath has reached agreement with Negaduck reaching out for the vial, only to withdraw at the last second. "If I wasn't a total idiotic dibwit! How would I know it's not a complete dud and you two get away scot-free? Let's put this to the test and see if it's as 'deadly' you claimed." Negaduck put the bargain on hold as he looks for a test subject, something that's not living. Negaduck then spots one of the lumps of wood he sawed his entry into the Storage. He picked up one of the large sized wood and place in front of Varian. "Well then, Mr. Alchemist, prove me wrong that the vial's chemical are truly deadly." Negaduck crossed his arms and awaits for Varian's demonstration.

Varian said as he placed his goggles over his eyes and opened a vial and slowly and carefully let a small drop touch the wood. There was a small explosion and where once was a piece of lumber was now broken splinters and ashes. And Varian himself got covered in many of these ashes and splinters. "Happy?"
